What happens when you book

Step 01 — You book online

Pick a time that works for you and secure your spot. You'll receive a confirmation email with a short intake form — takes about 5 minutes to complete.

Step 02 — We review your intake form

Before we meet, we read through everything you've shared. We show up to your consultation already familiar with your skin, your concerns, and your goals. You'll notice the difference.

Step 03 — Your consultation

A live video or chat session — warm, conversational, and focused entirely on your skin. Ask anything. There are no silly questions here.

Step 04 — Your skin plan arrives

Within 24 hours of your consultation, you'll receive your personalized skin plan — a beautifully formatted document with your full skin analysis, morning and evening routine, and every product recommendation with direct links to shop.

Step 05 — We check in

We follow up 48 hours after your consultation to make sure you're settled into your new routine, and again at 4 weeks to celebrate your progress.
